Every item purchased from H&B Direct is shipped by Australian Air Express.  We ship to any address in Australia, including Post Office Boxes.  Most orders are delivered within 24-48 hours of despatch.  For tracking information, please email us at service@hnbdirect.com.au

Returns & Replacements

Any unopened product that has been purchased from H & B Direct may be returned within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of purchase. All change-of-mind returns are to be made at the buyer’s expense. A refund will only be issued once we receive the product in an unopened and resellable condition.  All other returns will be subject to the product's individual warranty. For any warranty assistance, please email returns@hnbdirect.com for troubleshooting and return assistance.

 

Ordering

All orders are processed as soon as cleared funds are received.  If you need to make changes to an order, please send us the details, along with a contact phone number to sales@hnbdirect.com.au

 

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

Orders are processed in the order of payments received.  For fastest processing we recommend purchasing with Visa or Mastercard.  We also accept Direct Deposit.  When paying by Direct Deposit, please leave your surname as the reference.  Prices are current at the time of purchase.  From time to time, at our discretion, we may offer special pricing.  Any special pricing will only be honoured for the days and dates that it appears on our website.  If special pricing requires the entry of a discount code, it is the responsibility of the customer to enter that code and checkout and to make sure the proper discount is applied.  No refunds will be made for customer error.

 

Viewing Orders

To view past Orders simply log in to your account and click on the "My Orders" button in the left hand menu.  Here you will find information on orders you have previously placed.  if you are currently in the process of placing an order and want to view your Cart, simply press the "My Cart" button in the green menu at the top of the page.

 

Updating Account Information

Your Account information can be updated during the process of placing an order.  However if you just need to update your information without placing an order simply login to your Account and you will be able to update your details through your Account Dashboard.  From here you can update your Password, Billing & Shipping Address, as well as your General Contact information and Newsletter Status.
