Returns Policy

Any unopened product that has been purchased from H & B Direct may be returned within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of purchase. All change-of-mind returns are to be made at the buyer's expense. A refund will only be issued once we receive the product in an unopened and resellable condition.

All other returns will be subject to the products' individual warranty.
